Work Instruction(WI):
Capture fonts characters
1st a) Ask the network manager before downloading anything from an unknown source!
b) This person is fully qualified for the following operations, ak him⁄her for a training if necessary.
2nd Download and reference your font, while filling the following template:
Please refer to already existing documents.

3rd Install your font on the dedicated old PCs- Do not install anything on working machines.
4th Once installed, load Wordpad and copy the following character chain:
"The quick Brown Fox jumps over a lazy dog's back! 0123456789?"
5th Ajust Wordpad settings: Font, Font Size and Colour.
6th Load Ulead PhotoImpact, Capture, the screen, Rework the bitmap file and save it with the full font name in JPEG 75.
7th Send the JPEG and the font reference file via email to the Knowledge Manager for implementation in the Knowledge Base.
